A Public Liability policy covers the insured’s legal liability to compensate third parties for personal injury and/or damage to, or loss of property.

Primarily the policy covers risks relating to the premises and the activities of the Business. Insurance is not compulsory except in some limited cases.

The Insured is indemnified against legal liability to pay compensation for accidental death, injury or disease to any person and for accidental loss or damage to property occurring during the period of insurance in connection with the Business.
